GeekyAboutBooks is run by one person \u2014 me, Faith \u2014 who reads too much and occasionally turns that into a small shop.

Here's how things work, in plain language:

What I make myself<\/strong>
Reading guides, courses, audiobook companions, and some eBooks are written or built by me. When you buy these, you're supporting GAB directly.

What's made through partners<\/strong>
Some merch (shirts, mugs, notebooks, and the rest) is produced through Printify, a print-on-demand service \u2014 I design it, they print and ship it. Some products are listed on Creative Market or sold through Gumroad; either way, I made them, I just used a platform to help deliver them to you.

What's recommended, not made<\/strong>
Sometimes I link to books or products I didn't create \u2014 because I read them, loved them, or think you will. When a link is an affiliate link (including Amazon), I may earn a small commission if you buy through it, at no extra cost to you. These links are always clearly marked, and I only recommend what I'd genuinely hand to a friend.

What's reviewed, not sold<\/strong>
Some of the books I review come to me early through NetGalley, a service that connects reviewers with publishers before a book's release. I write my honest opinion regardless of how I received the book \u2014 good, bad, or somewhere in between.

Nothing on this site is here because it sells well. It's here because I've read it, used it, or wanted it to exist. If that ever changes, I'll tell you.
